In accordance with the Department of Homeland Security's Secretary's responsibilities outlined in the National Security Memorandum-22 on Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience (NSM-22), the Secretary issued this strategic guidance for improving the security and resilience of our nation's critical infrastructure, including priorities to guide our shared efforts throughout the 2024-2025 national critical infrastructure risk management cycle established in NSM-22.
